Basic Wedding Package Includes:

  • The setting includes candelabras, arch, ferns, floral arrangements, guest book table, gift table, pew bows
  • Use of unity candle stand
  • Sound system w/cordless microphone for the minister and we will play your music
  • Set up of chairs and decorations that are included in the package
  • Citronella torches
  • Building rental for 1 hour
  • Indoor or Outdoor
  • (We can accommodate up to 100 people inside or a total of 150 outside)

26 to 50 people - $200
51 to 75 people - $300
76 to 100 people - $400
101 to 150 people - $500


Indoor Reception Package Includes:

  • Setup and cleanup
  • Tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces (glassware, dinnerware, silverware, and white paper napkins are included with the food)
  • We provide a drink table, put ice in cups and serve the drinks. Ice water and sweet/unsweet tea are included in package.
  • Building rental for 4 hours
  • (We can accommodate up to 100 people)

26 to 50 people - $400
51 to 75 people - $600
76 to 100 people - $650

  • Building rental for 2 hours
  • (We can accommodate up to 100 people)

*All food and beverages must be purchased from Cedar Valley Event Center.
*No outside food or drinks may be brought in.

Outdoor Pavilion Reception Package Includes:

  • Setup and cleanup
  • Tables, folding charis, white cloth tablecloths, centerpieces, sheer white panel curtains with tiebacks (white paper napkins, foam cups, foam plates and silverware are included with the food)
  • We provide a drink table, put ice in cups and serve the drinks. Ice water and sweet/unsweet tea are included in package.
  • Hanging globe lights
  • Citronella torches
  • Building rental for 4 hours (we can accommodate up to 200 people)

Up to 25 People - $500
26 to 50 People - $700
51 to 75 People - $900
76 to 100 people - $1100
101 to 150 people - $1300

*Over 100 people $2 per person
*$100 per hour for each additional hour of room rental
